A Feast Fit For Royalty
From lavish banquets to regional delights, Roti & Co are purveyors of fine celebratory cuisine
One aspect of your nuptials that every guest will be eagerly awaiting is the food – so don’t let them down! Weddings are long days and guests will be hungry, but wedding catering goes beyond simply being a meal. Your wedding feast is an expression of culture, love, and hospitality. From meticulously crafted menus to the sumptuous spreads that adorn the dining tables, this is what makes the memories. But the only way the food will capture the hearts and tastebuds of your guests is to book a wedding caterer that understands this and elevates the experience even further: introducing Roti & Co.
Established in 2019, East Midland’s based Roti & Co specialise in five-star catering with signature recipes infused with authentic flavours. Founder Sumeet Singh believes their success is down to hard work and desire for making people happy. He enthuses: “We are passionate about food and believe it should be at the heart of every event. Food is sociable. Guests dine and share special moments together, even if they’ve never met before, food connects them.”
The Roti & Co Experience: fresh preparation, impeccable taste
Roti & Co offer a service which goes beyond food. They provide cutlery, crockery, glassware, table linen and napkins among other things. It all begins with a consultation to understand the needs and ideas of each couple, as Sumeet explains: “Initially, we arrange a phone call and send the couple a bespoke quote. This is then followed by a food-tasting session. Once the couple has confirmed their booking with us, we will carry out a site visit, if required, and schedule a final meeting around six weeks before the wedding events begin. Throughout the final month the couple also have their catering manager’s direct phone number for any last-minute queries.”
Distinguished dining
As well as being the official catering partner for The Asiana Bridal Show Midlands 2024, Roti & Co are regularly called upon to provide the cuisine for major events and special occasions. Their clients include the godson of ex-Prime Minister Teresa May. Sumeet explains: “It was an honour to cater for them in August 2022. The couple wanted an English and Gujarati fusion, which allowed us to get creative and create develop some unique and flavoursome dishes. Every couple and family have different preferences and requirements. This makes all weddings memorable for us, as each time we have the opportunity to create something different.”
Palate pleasers – the wedding catering trends every bride should know about

Live cooking
2024 is the year of live cooking stations. As couples seek more ways to make their event extra special, what’s better than having some of the best chefs, from all around the world at your wedding, providing a live cooking experience for your guests to watch and enjoy?
Personalised dishes
It’s important to express your personality at your wedding. Catering is one way to do this. As food fans, we’re always looking for new dishes to add to our menu, but sometimes it’s the couple that inspires us. We create personalised dishes with a tailored menu and customised service style. It could be adding a special ingredient, adjusting the presentation style or perhaps serving a dish that has a special meaning to the family.
Small plates
Small plates are something we’re seeing more of in event catering. Instead of a starters, small plates or canapés allow guests to eat what they want while socialising with others. It’s a great way of catering for different dietary requirements, guests can try more dishes and provides a slightly more informal feel to the event. Small plates are also great as an evening snack.

Signature Menus
Roti & Co’s menus are as diverse as their couple’s desire. Specialities include Punjabi, Gujarati and South Indian cuisines. Many couples book them especially for their house favourite, as Sumeet explains: “We take pride in our Indo-Chinese dishes which guests love. These fusion flavours really complement each other and the twist with East Asian flavours is appreciated by everyone.”
