Nestled in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, our Grade II listed Manor House has been the home of exceptional events for over 12 years.

Set within private landscaped gardens and open parkland in rural Staffordshire, Alrewas Hayes is a picturesque country estate steeped in history and is the idyllic setting to escape the every day.

Dating back to the early 18th Century, it has been the residence of five generations of the Williams family and our heritage remains at its heart.

Central to the estate lies the Manor House – the birthplace and childhood home of owner Toby Williams, who spent his early years running wild in the woodland. His magical memories of yesteryear still live on in the grounds today.

A place that nobody wishes to leave, it has since become the family home of Toby, his wife Bonnie and their son Theodore. Sharing a passion for throwing great parties, Toby & Bonnie have together been hosting exceptional events for over a decade – and are only too happy to invite good-spirited guests to enjoy their special space.

Now joined by a caring and passionate team of Wedding and Event Coordinators who truly care about you, your wedding day and what is most important for your celebrations. The team understand the cultural significance of every celebration and we will work alongside you every step of the way to offer as much or as little support as you need; transforming your vision into a truly unforgettable occasion.

Venue Features…

Our Team- We are truly honoured to celebrate the rich tapestry of love that spans cultures and traditions from around the globe. Each ceremony we host is a unique story, filled with beautiful rituals that reflect the values and heritage of our couples. An allocated Venue Coordinator will be on hand to assist you from the planning stages of your event, to the smooth running of your special day.

Car Parking – With complimentary carparking on site for up to 600 guests, our friendly carparking attendants are on hand to point guests in the right direction. The gravelled area at the front of the house is also the ideal location to park any bridal cars or supercars.

Location – Encased in 100 acres of land, it is an idyllic setting for guests to wander, and for timeless, elegant photographs. A peaceful oasis offering calm and seclusion among the delicate scent of English roses, French lavender and silver birch trees. The long driveway makes for a great build up and dramatic entrance.

The Lakeside – Perfect for ceremonies up to 300 guests, or for your drinks reception, the Lakeside is elegantly decorated to compliment any Wedding theme. The stunning views of the Lake make for a picturesque backdrop to any occasion.

The Courtyard – Well dressed with Modern outdoor furniture, festoon lighting and greenery, it is the ideal area for guests to mingle when they first arrive to your special day. The Courtyard is a great place for any live cooking stations you wish to have, but is also ideal for a range of elements, from ceremonies to lawn games.

The Great Barn – Recently updated with herringbone wooden flooring, the production powerhouse is a venue like no other. With seating for up to 650 guests, video mapping, premium lighting, an in-house PA system, the option to have a petal drop for your cake cut or first dance, and so much more, you can create a party that you and your guests will still be reminiscing over for years to come. The Great Barn is equipped with a full heating and cooling system, making it a comfortable environment no matter the season.

Unlimited Corkage – Our dry hire packages all include unlimited corkage, meaning you can bring as many spirits, wines, and soft drinks as you would like to provide, with Alrewas Hayes bar staff on hand to serve beers and spirits. Beers are to be purchased through Alrewas Hayes at prevailing rates.

The Dressing Room – Our Hollywood-Glam Dressing Room above The Great Barn allows for preparations on the morning of your wedding, meaning that you are settled at Alrewas Hayes long before your Wedding celebrations begin.

The Bedrooms – Completing the Alrewas Hayes experience, our 11 bedrooms offer a uniquely personal experience. Located across our Main House, Lodge and Coach House, each room tells its own story, harmoniously blending contemporary style with elegance expected of a country retreat. Our Coach House rooms are available to book for day use or all bedrooms for events finishing past 11pm.

Our Wedding Open Day…

Are you newly engaged and searching for your dream wedding venue?

On Sunday 12th January from 12pm – 3pm we will be opening the doors to our historical country estate, offering the opportunity to see Alrewas Hayes elegantly dressed for a wedding.

With a glass of fizz or mocktail upon your arrival, our friendly and knowledgeable Wedding & Events team will be on hand to show you around the venue and talk all things weddings.

We will be joined by a handpicked selection of talented suppliers in both the Lakeside and The Great Barn for you to meet, talk to and be inspired by.
