Today Poonam Ball from Madhus shares with us her recipe for Apricots, Nectarines and Orange Blossom Cheesecake, a delicious dessert perfect to top off any meal.
100g Melted Salted Butter
210g of digestive biscuits (approximately 14)
600g Double Cream
400g Mascarpone Cheese
100g of icing sugar
¾ tbsp orange blossom
Poached Stone Fruit:
1 tin peaches soaked in grape juice (cut into quarters)
350g of whole apricot (cut into quarters)
50ml deserts wine (I used Santa Cristina 2016)
100g caster sugar
Garnish with slivered pistachios and dried rose petals and kiwi berries.
