Weekend Treats | Doodh Ki Seviyan | Poonam Ball

Today Poonam Ball from Madhu’s cooks for us a classic northern Indian sweet dish which is also popular in Pakistan. Doodh Ki Seviyan is the perfect ending to your meal especially as it’s not too sweet and it is quick to prepare as a last minute dessert.

Ingredients:

150g seviyan
75g butter
500ml milk
75g sugar
300ml double cream
4-6 x green cardamom seeds, crushed
