Ingredients:
Fish marinade:
550g white fish cut into 2 inch pieces.
30g garlic paste
30g ginger paste
10g salt
5g Ajwain seeds
40ml lemon juice
10g coriander chopped
For the batter:
100g besan – gram flour
50g plain flour
50g fine semolina
1 Egg
50g green chilli paste
50g garlic paste
50g ginger paste
5g katsuri methi
15g Ajwain seeds
7g Kashmiri chilli powder
20g salt
20g chopped coriander
